Hello

I bought XB9SX 08. it will not turn on for a long time.
When I'm starting the engine when it cold, I have to twist the throttle from time to time so that the engine will not turn off.
It's not happens when the engine is hot.

What could be the problem?
Need to do TPS zero?

Thanks

your lack of the bikes' history, accrued mileage, any modifications done and when this problem commenced makes trouble-shooting same a crap-shoot. having said that your 2008 does NOT have a manually adjustable curb idle speed adjuster. it is computer controlled by the ecm and a component called the IAC unit. the IAC is part of the throttle body and both accessible and serviceable. remove it....clean it....properly reassemble and reset the tps with the twist grip. if this doesn't resolve it post back.
