I have been looking at the z800. Thats one sexy bike. And I really like the riders position. But the reviews are mixed on it. Guess I will have to find out for myself, if they ever bring it over.

Pretty excited to see the barrage of photos that will soon be coming. Wish I could go to the AIMExpo, the folks from Lunasee will be there and EBR is doing their unveiling. Sounds like a good time. There's also going to be "a number of developments from the EBR team [that] will be announced at that time" and I'm interested to see what those will be.

On a slightly different note, wonder if the EBR "streetfighter" will be able to take down the KTM 1290 Superduke R? Or at least be its rival?

Personally, I'm hoping there will be a shit-ton of 1125's on the market soon after the 1190RX is released. Maybe pick one of them up as a second bike.

the z800 is pretty down on power compared to what the 1190 will be at. the z1000 would be a more appropriate comparison.

im pretty excited for the 1290 superduke.

American made!.. all the newer UJM and UEMs look the same(to me).. giant seas of flimsy angular plastic, fake chrome and the latest buck-rogers wannabe contraptions with wheels on dealership floors just do nothing (for me) anymore. When a guy buys one, there goes his hard earned dollars to japan or china, (kinda like shopping at wal-mart).. then he has to look at hundreds of the same damn models running around on the streets.. no thanks, I'll pass. I'm just too patriotic at heart

Once the EBR bikes get a market foothold, look out..

There will be used models around eventually for peeps that can't afford new



Overall, I'm pretty damn excited for Erik and EBR..
