Butler, PA (Hour North of Pittsburgh, PA)

Planning on some Bar end mirrors, new exhaust, and I have an extra set of plastics to paint black.

I'm really anticipating the black plastics and orange wheels.

Maser7c------ I love that sunset orange, that was one of the best colors offered by Buell . IMHO [up]

I like that colour combination, Buelldog [up]

Black - body
amber - wheels
silver - polished headers, forks and race muffler tips

Looks not too overblacked and not too particoloured. So this XB12 is remarkable as to my opinion.

You got my rep point for that pic (bike)!
More pics will be appreciated;)

Sad to hear about that crash, Stevexb12ss:(

Is that XB12Ss repairable? That is an amazing Sebring muffler. It has a very unique sound (especially with the baffles out).

Yeah, its repairable, needs a lot of tlc though.. needs a new frame and swingarm, plus plastic parts are all in pieces..
the muffler didn't have a scratch on it! it really has a unique sound.. can't take the baffles out around here.. the second you'll ride with it you'll hand your bike over to the police...

Hope you will have a possibility to restore it. Those bikes are not produced anymore so it is a kind of responsibility to keep the existing number.
I hope you had no serious injury after that crash.

Take care and best of luck!

It's a pitty that police do not understand (share) that fun of a good engine sound;)

Buelldog------ good color combo, that was the color of my 1st Buell . Where you at in D/FW , i'm in Keller .

Steve, how to do like going to the z1000 from the buell? I have that as a choice for my next bike but idk if i can do the non buell sound and the weight being higher.

Thanks Sondermann!!!! More pics to come!!!!
Be careful and Ride on!!

@Loki: yeah the sound is someting to get used to, but with the laserexhaust it has a nice low pitch sound and its really a nice bike to ride and it doesn't feel heavier then the buell... but the buell is more 'alive', has more soul then the kawasaki..
