exhaust change with ebr ecm...ecm droid?

i have a 2009 xb12scg with special opps exhaust...im thinkn about changing to a gpr exhaust but have a ebr ecm..what can i do.i have a blooth adapter and ecm droid and it seems to work..can i adjust to compensate for the change...in live data mode when i check for trouble codes it sais ( broken pipe) in bold print..not as a tipical trouble code..
