exhuast ecm and software to reset tps

I have a 06 uly and I want to change the exhuast put a race ecm open up the intake with a k&n. Which exhuast is the best? Where can I buy the updated software to reset the tps?I want to do it myself, because there isn't a decent buell dealer in new orleans or baton rouge.I'm a decent mechanic, been working on all types of engines for many years. I've watched the u-tube vid, seems pretty simple. I just need a little input from people who have done it already. I tried downloading the ecm spy but couldn't get it to open up, and I really want the most current version.
