The dealer forgot the previous owner left the factory clubmans(lines and cables, too) and got them to me recently. The bike has the factory upright kit on it now. I'd like to switch to those to try them, would I need to switch out all the cables and lines or is it more necessary/required if you go from clubman to uprights?

There is going to be a ton of slack left on the throttle cables and the hydraulic lines. I have the opposite here .Clubmans are on the bike and I have the optional highbar kit ready to put on the bike.

Found it on BWB and it has been done aready. Did the swap, had to grow an 8th arm to adjust clutch and brake lines at their reservoirs without needing to bleed the lines again. They were clock inboard and stabbing the fairing before they were even in the alignment marks. Throttle is a little sicky. Crazy handling and body position difference, loss of authority at slow speeds while in neighborhood enviroment. Gonna take a while to orientate and regain control at slow speed. When at speed, the "drag chute effect" and/or "HOLD ON FOR DEAR LIFE" feeling the uprights give is gone. However, I can see the uprights still being a + for touring, but the clubman will stay for now.

you are right about the touring part!!! 600miles to the dragon from my house with clubmans blew !!! This year I will have the highbar option on....

Luckily 191/666 is only about 100 from mine. Riding this position is a good motivation to hit the gym, gotta show these clubmans who is boss.
