Fan not working

k i did the home made muffler mod from Urban_Assault with the stainless steel packing, KnN filter, then did a learn in ride for bout 20 to 25 mins above 3000 rpm. the bike runs amazingly well but my fan doesnt come on anymore after i shut it off. I cant tell if it is coming on while im riding or not. any suggestions?

Probily not hot enough to kick on yet. Wait till a hot day, riding in rush hour. Then you'll know

yeah nate i just got back from a 20 mile ride a little bit ago and mine didnt come on either but i also did added the right side scoop this winter so i dont know

I dont have the right side scoop but i didnt even think it may not be warm enough yet

Its 75 degrees in St.Louis mo. And my new 09 xb12 fan comes on after 20 minutes while rideing and does"nt turn off until 4-5 minutes after killing the engine. Dealer says its supposed to do that. Hmmm, whats that smell.
