Fan ????

So the 08 1125 I've got tends to run the fan when there is noway in hell it's even hot. Bike was totally cold, drive it about 1.5 miles in 65 degree weather and the fans is on. I park and the fan runs like an XB on a hot day. Any thoughts? Was there a service issue or recall?

Check your coolant levels. Maybe a bad temp sensor?

Cool, now if I can only find the coolant level indicator Under seat perhaps or do I need to take a pod off or something? [confused]

Right side pod cover I think.

right side pod comes off easy.(6 srews t-30)
there is supose to be a window to check it but i can never tell.

there has been map revisions sevral times so if that doesn't fix it i would look into having it flahsed at the dealer or buy a Ebr Ecm

I have the 08 1125r as well does the same thing no big deal, its just fan happy lol! levels are all right, running temp is right no worries
