KBC makes that one (if you are talking about the black/gray flamed lid, if not AGV made one as well and it was blue, no idea who made the all black one)

and I am guessing that the hoodie has gortex in it or some other moisture barrier.

I wasn't sure of the style of the agv but for the price what the heck. Got it on tue. But haven't tried it on yet. Been wearing hjc brand for several years so if the agv don't fit I'll just put with my Buell memorabilia.
