Finally, getting my bike today.

Thanks bright. I will for sure keep my eyes out on a pipe. I think the Buell sounds great, but I rode my buddy's old (1997) Suzuki TL1000s yesterday, and he has Yoshimara pipes on his, and it sounded incredible. All I wanted to do today, was look at pipes. So, that's probably first on the mod list.
The rear fender eliminator doesn't bother me right noe. I know it looks weird, but I'm ok with it.

Ok, no power commanders, ECMspy. Can someone tell me what the difference is?

These bikes have a reprogamable eeprom type ecm's. A very intelligent Buell enthusiast wrote a program to take advantage of it. Search within this forum, you'll have hours of reference at your finger tips.

Edit: Oh yeah, for the most part the Power Commander kind of 'fools' the computer to add more fuel/spark timing/etc.
