well, after 2 iterations of prototyping (hehe) i think ive settled on the final design. all stainless and im working on the fairing brackets. but its growing on me without the fairing so i dunno. ive got some dyno time hooked up soon so i will be doing a lot of remapping to get some numbers. then im gonna do a composition of the stock, race, and my map on the ECM with both the stock muffler, then mine.

what you guys think?

Is the pipe your own creation or did you start out with a pipe and refamp it?Looks clean whatever you did.Whats it sound like, throw us a sound bite.

You going to build more or let us in on the secret? I watched the vid on Youtube and that sound is what im looking for.

So like Gator asked, you going to build more of these? Looking forward to the video link so we can all hear it. I'm sure if it sounds good and you'd be willing to build more then you would have no shortage of customers...Have you put it on a dyno yet?

yep, thats the one lefox.

dyno time coming soon. i mentioned the plan in my 1st post.

ill consider building more of them if someone wants one. im not trying to make a living off of them. hahaha. i just wanted something that sounded good and was original. theres only a handful of options out there for us in the aftermarket, so i figured id take it into my own hands. if someones interested in one, email me at [email protected] ..... then ill figure out the details.

im currently working on brackets to mount the fairing, but im liking it without. so we'll see.

all also get a sound clip up in the next day or two of this particular pipe.

Could you post some larger pictures of the bend from header to muffler? I'm planning on doing something similar.

the 1st pic is the best one i got so far.

its just a bend with a couple different angles. theres a lot of ways to do it. better have a 12-pack nearby. it helps. hahaha.

mine exhaust sounds alot like yours, i have a jardine rt one with no fiberglass inside , when my rivets poped i took it apart and took the little fiberglass that was left out. i wonder how it sounds fully packed?? thinking about repacking it not shure if i want to.

Fock, you might be losing some performance by removing all the packing. the 'chamber' thats created after that, i quite large for expansion at that rate.

mines a stainless magnaflow.
