Does anyone know the part numbers for both, or are they the same?

if you men the covers I'm sure they are different as each cover shows what is in each "socket" as it were like what size fuse and whats it regulates power for same for the relay cover

I need both I was in a accident and im trying to slowly put everything back together I've looked all over and can't find any...
