Firebolt/Lightning Front End Swap?

Hey all, (new to the forum)

I was wondering if anyone out there had any pictures of their firebolt with the lightning front end? Also kinda curious if any of you lightning owners would want to meet up and trade up some parts, so I could have a lightning front end and you a firebolt front end?

Thanks Tseldon, heres my bike (not really new, I've had it for a little over a year now)

Ive just been thinking, how awesome a Firebolt with a lightning front end would look, Im really curious to see if anyone has done it. I know personally I would love to do it, any tips or ideas on how I can make this happen?

Yeah Im hoping its a do-able job, I love the clean look of the lightnings front end, but I love the firebolts tail, I think it would be a cool looking setup!

I really want to do this to my buell, but honestly after reading a few of the other old threads about this, I must admit, im a little daunted by the task. Seems like its not as easy as I had hoped...I guess I will have to collect some more info before I decide

Dig in, I bet you'll figure it out, I did. Buying a used wiring harness on Ebay saved time and worked out very well. The relocation of the ECM wasn't that dificult. It was intimidating to start but was WELL WORTH IT.

the more i see your bike keiser the more i consider swapping the tail. I'm going to put my tail lift on eventually but if i don't like it i may go ahead and get the firebolt rear on.
