Im new to the forum so hello!

I just bought a 04 xb12s after selling my Ducati 748. I am wondering if anyone puts steering dampeners on the lightning or if it has one I'm missing?

welcome and congrats on the new ride!

the buell doesn't come with a steering damper, but there are aftermarket ones like lsl, hyperpro, wilbers, etc.

Welcome and you have great taste. I just bought an XB12 a few months ago and I love it. I thought about a damper but I don't know if it's a necessity unless your taking your bike to the track. Well, I'm sure it would help in all applications I just can't justify the price. But if I do get one I'm going with the lsl.
