it has had the rear cap and the inside pipes removed and the front bottom had a dent that was patched and welded , the front perforated wall has metal welded to it to seal it off to make it louder (when finished) , see pictures above..

It would make a perfect muffler to modify or make into a custom muffler exhaust, or make into a hawk , voodoo, drummer, or D&D .
or make into your own custom Buell muffler of your design.
all parts in the pictures are included.

it will fit any year XB12 and could also be used on XB9 (not recomended for XB9 as the XB12 muffler has the interactive exhaust valve which makes it slightly heavier, depending on how the muffler is modified the interactive exhaust valve can be used on xb12 only , or left closed on xb12 or xb9 buells)

someone asked for more pics of the end cap , so here it is and the third pipe,. as you can see the rear end cap was cut off at the weld all the way around. and then i pulled the pipes directly out of the muffler without cutting the body, the third pipe has some bigger holes in it because i punched a metal rod and chisel in it to use the metal rod and chisel to pull against and hammer on to get the pipes out so i would not damage the mufflers outer shell and the other two pipes, the third pipe pictured below comes with it to.

if you wanted an easy and loud modded muffler you can easy reweld the rear end cap back on with a pipe going into the muffler n reweld the original exhaust tip back on , it may not be the best for preformance but it would be very loud. just a thought, lots o way to mod it.

i had it for sale starting at $55 auction on ebay, ended up selling afterwards for $50 plus shipping , . makes for a great mod muffler , think he will make it into a hawk or voodoo, on ebay most are about $45-60 for xb12 xb9 mufflers still in original form no mods. i would say mine got good money only because the shell was not cut up and the pipes was pulled straight out, making it easy to mod and still have good looking muffler.
