i live just down the road from iron pony and I'm gonna be moving to lancaster here soon but I've never heard of this page before.

Had an awesome time. Ended up being about 60 people divided into smaller groups. Spent my day gobbling up litre bikes and rumbling through the twisties :D it was a good day.

For those of you interested there will be a spring open house and open dyno day at independent motorsports in south Columbus on April 18th.

I'm also going to booking a few track days at mid-ohio this summer. If we get enough people we might be able to make an event out of it. Any interest?

One more thing, if any ohioans are looking to get into small displacement cart track racing either message me or look into OMRL. Going go be a fun season!

(trying to decide if I want to tell the girlfriend about this or not. Sounds like it would be more fun riding solo. :D)
I would classify our ride last year as medium to medium fast, wouldn't you? Trying to decide what group I would want to ride with, how about you?
 
Medium fast last year was probably an average speed of 70/80mph once we got back on the country roads. Fast pace isn't much faster than that. I think I read 130 at one point. It will be significantly slower this year due to the more Technical route. We also had a very small and capable group last year.

Medium is more leisurely. I suggest medium or medium slow for 2 up. Either way you can always bump up or down a group if you feel out of your comfort level.

The only reason I didn't run with the fast group last year is because I had a literally brand new set of tires on I was not familiar with. Med fast was still a blast.
