Depends on mileage. Looks babied, still got all the warning stickers and everything. No frame pucks. Another $50. Also, I didnt think you could run a 200 without removing the belt guards?

The belt guards are different on pre 06 bikes. They aren't in the way of the tire like on the later models.

For reference, I picked my 06 up for 4300 with nearly the same mileage, a $400 Corbin seat, newer tires with a 190 rear, and a Special O.P.S. muffler. The plastics had a crap paint job, but other than that it just needed a little tlc (cleaning). Even with brand new plastics that I bought, it still came out to about 4800 which is a decent price for an 06 considering the Corbin seat, exhaust, and relatively low miles.

You can find plenty of 04 and 05 12Rs for 4400 and under. Check out the KBB value to get an idea.

You're going to want an aftermarket exhaust of some type and it appears stock so budget for another 300 to $500 for that, $50 bucks for frame pucks (a must have), and etc. I'd be willing to pay about 4100 for it. I almost bought a 2004 with 3500 miles on it, a Jardine, Race map, and in new condition for 4200, but I passed because it was too far away to justify shipping. The point is that I think this one is priced a bit too high. Try to get him down a bit.
