frame disscolor

question for everybody a while back after i got out of basic training i came home to find that the right side of my frame had this black stain or marks at about the same spot were my knee touches it and the bike wasnt riddin or droped and i cannot get it out could this be an imperfection in the metal let me know if any body else has had this problem

have you applied any wax to the frame? Without seeing any pics of it I would guess that it's a combination of wax and or Gas overfill.

Yes, pics please. I have two drip lines in the black comming from the oil cap in the swing arm. The dealership where i bought it, did not whipe it off after an oil change, I guess. Now the lines are burned into the Black paint. its a slighyly lighter black. Every time i see it makes me want ot whipe it off, but it wont come off. It changed the color of the paint. I dont know how to blend it back. I will get pics.[sad]

thank you onelogue i like it its great when i pull into the gas station and everybody heres that D&D and thinks its a harley but what the supprise is its a sportbike and knowbody knows what it is i love the questions everybody askes
