Free Spirits + Muller easy clutch in North America

I have a 2009 XB12SCG
I have lubed the cable(coated) and lever but I still find it difficult to pull and hold in stop and go traffic.

Is there a USA/CAN dealer with the easy-pull clutch parts in stock? or that would be willing to order them for me?
I am in Canada and have searched but have not had any success in finding someone that would even order the parts for me.
Any help would be appreciated, I had to cut my riding season short last year because the pain was too much and I don't want that to happen again this year.

Thats good info from LF, if that doesn't pan out try Fortnine.ca. They are pretty big up there, like Parts Unlimited is here in the states.
I did a quick search for you , but please check to see if this is right before you order anything, you might have better luck looking for Sportster parts if its the same?

I know these are expensive but it sure would solve your issue completely, combine it with a quick shifter (Buelltooth.com) and you'll barely need to touch your lever at all:eagerness:: I can't see why Revzilla wouldn't ship to you?

I did look at the Burly piece a few days ago along with a couple of other manufacturers, unfortunately the lip/ledge orientation is wrong and will not work on a Buell.

I did find a thread for someone that made their own, I think I will give that a shot first.

I do shift without the clutch when it gets painful but in the lower gears in stop-and-go traffic you can't really get the revs up high enough to get the synchronization quite right.
At least I can't

Hi Bigrig, I made my own as well. It's a fairly easy piece to fabricate, though mine doesn't look anywhere as nice as the one in that link. It has decreased clutch pull by 25% or so, and fingers crossed it hasn't fallen apart yet.

Just double check the clearance on the back side, where the clutch cable attaches to that connector. Initially mine rubbed slightly against the clutch plates and caused a huge racket. You'll also need to play with the length of the clutch cable, and the adjustment range there is finite.

Yes, length of pull is longer but it depends on how aggressive of a mod you make.

I made my extension long to maximize the lever arm, but that does entail more clutch pull distance.

I have longish fingers which helps, and I have those clicker adjustments on the clutch lever to fiddle with.
But if Bubbles has shorter fingers, that may be a limiting factor.

Would a hydraulic clutch shifter be an alternative? Looks like a cool mod, but more than I wanted to fiddle with.
