I'm having a problem when I squeeze the front brake lever my brake light doesn't light up. It lights up fine when I hit the rear brake pedel. Anyhelp would be appreciated.
I had the exact same problem. There is a little switch that is attached by two screws underneath the lever. You can order it on American Sportbike or your dealer. They are like $10.00. Good luck.
Probably a bad microswitch. Follow your brake lever, from the underside, and you'll see a microswitch towards the end of it close to the master cylinder. That microswitch makes direct contact with your lever and turns the tail lamp on as you pull it in.
