can you better describe it?
is it only at higher speeds that the pulsation is noteable?
are you running stock or OEM replacement pads?
they have been known to be associated with the pulsation issue.
try some sintered pads, or ritualistic cleaning/scrubbing/sanding of your rotor.
common folklore says to not hold your front brake when at a stoplight. elledgedly that is when the hot pads make deposits on the hot rotor.
Check the Steering head, as stated above. Also check to see that the disc mounting hardware is clean and allowing the disc to float as it should.

Hi, everything on bike is stock, was told at dealer that it was just the way a buell rotor setup is,no leaking fork seals or loose steering head, am going to try better pads and clean everything.
i bought mine from a non harley dealer with a blown fork seal and i was told that the pulsing was an anti lock brake system. "you can pull the brake lever all the way to the bar without locking it up and it just does that pulsing thing." and when i bought it you really could pull the lever to the handlebar...someone ground down the portion of the lever that contacts the master cylinder. i knew he was full of ****. he also told me that the oil leaking all over the caliper was too small to be a problem.
this doesnt help you, i just wanted to share my story.
