Had my bike up on the stands last night while washing, and while rotating the front wheel I noticed for about 1/8 of the rotation the brakes are rubbing on the rotor enough to make the front wheel stop if free spinning it.

Bike only has 2400 miles on it, haven't had an issue with the brakes working or any wobble in the front. Did just have the tires changed the other day, could it have been something they did, or does it sound like the rotor might be warped?

hard to say without seeing it most common would be warped rotor.its possible they bent the rotor or if they took it off didnt remount it right.caliper might be loose

The rotors can warp pretty easily. If it doesn't bug you when you're riding, don't worry about. They're floating rotors, meaning it moves from side to side with a spring behind it, so you'll be ok if it's not 100% perfect. I rode mine for about 4k with a warped rotor, the only time I could feel it was if I grabbed the front brake as hard as possible.

but to answer your question, it's possible the dealership bent it slightly, but you'll never get them to admit it, or more importantly.. do anything to fix it.

I've seen brand new calipers stick a little but pretty damn rare. Mine does it as well a little, just enough that I can hear it. I chalk it up to the floating rotor design Doesn't nearly stop the wheel, that sounds like a problem.., not too bad though. Just keep an eye on pad wear. When they do wear out you can start to do a little diagnosis. One thing you could check if board one day is make sure the caliper piston compresses easily/ smooth And then pushes out smooth... Just make sure when pulling in the brake lever after comp. the piston that you don't bottom it out. Just pull it like half to 3/4 or you can ruin the seals in the "master cylinder".

Thanks all. Spent the day in the twisties and didn't have any issues with the brakes, so I'm just gonna ride with it for now. If I notice an issue I'll just upgrade to the 6mm rotors from EBR, and a scalloped rear while I'm at it.
