Front end swap help. S-R

On the Lightning model there is a small plastic wire loom holding the wire harness to the frame by the steering head. On the parts diagram it is #42.

I don't see any part like this for the R model. How does the wiring harness secure to the front of the frame? A P-clamp?

I think I found the answer to my question. #5 on the diagram.
