Front Fork Set Up!!!

Hi everyone,

I am trying to see how you guys are setting up your front suspensions?

This is what I have done with mine.
Preload= 3 Lines
Rebound= 1 1/4 out
Damping= 1 out

hey firechicken do you do 2 up riding alot cus those settings are very aggressive for 1 up, theses are mine preload=5.5 compression=1.75 rebound=1.75 and i weigh 160 .

No, well my daughter but she wieghts 50lbs. I like to feel what the front is doing. I ride some what aggresive. My wieght with gear is around 200lbs.

I have tweaked mine so much I have no Idea where i am at.. I just know it is dialed in, corners are now boring and lame.

try this Front-preload-4 compression-1.25 rebound-1.25 rear-preload-6 compression-0.75 rebound-0.75

Does anyone race there bikes and if so what is your suspension set up like?

Racetech Springs, Oil and Gold Valve Emulators.

Settings not particularly relevant to stock forks and they get changed depending on track.
