I have been overhauling my bike due to a transmission problem, and the motor is now back together and in the bike.. the rear isolator and swingarm is attached, and the engine is being held from rotating down with a floor jack.

I have a Q about the front mounting bracket&bolt.. about the rubber part. To what part is that rubber thing supposed to beattached to; to the bolt, or to the motor mount? when I removed the bolt when disassembling the bike the rubber thing came out attached to the bolt and made it really hard getting the sucker off.

When looking through Da Book (SM), the picture doesnt show that rubber thing on the bolt, and shows it in the motor mount. and the instructions say for you to put some lube when putting the bolt in/on the bike. I think I just answered my own question; but none the less, where is that rubber thing supposed to be? I cant slide it off the bolt, is there a part# for just that rubber thing, or am I going to have to buy a new motor mount and bolt?

I'd say get another front engine isolator that one is shot. Like you said the rubber part is stuck to the bolt, if you use that you will vibrate to death.
