Front seat bracket

Hi all, Nick the New Guy here. Seriously, my name is John though. I have started a detailed inspection of my 9R and found my first challenge of roadworthiness. It seems the PO man handled removing/installing the seat. Is there a fix for this broken/missing bracket. I just want to stay safe.

And the search is on for a washer from one of the rear seat bolts that went UA on me.

Weld a tab on or replace the subframe. I've got one that's been modified but still has the seat tab.

What is the height width and length of the bracket? I may have to make my own.
