I know I should probably know the answer and I'm probably going to feel like an idiot after I find out.

That is the elec harness that powers the exh servo up on top of the airbox. I am running an open a/box and Buell race muffler/ecm so I removed it and servo cable. I have the entire inner airbox cover and servo motor if anyone wants it..
