I've been on the hunt for an '08+ Lightning; if yours was an '08 I'd send you money right now at that price. However, I'm personally hesitant to go for an XB older than '08 due to the substantial improvements of that year... true or not, I believe that's what you are combating as far as pricing goes. I've been watching all the usual outlets (I believe I saw yours on Cycletrader). There was an eBay auction for an '06 XB12Ss that just closed with no bids yesterday because the seller's starting bid was $4,000. Sorry for the rambling.
