Fuel Mileage/Reserve?

Ive got an 03 XB9s and fill up every 120 miles +/-. Thats usually when the light comes on. How far can I push it after the low fuel light? I have gotten 40-55mpg depending on how much fun I can get away with. Also how far do you fill it? I have filled to the very top and had gas running out the overeflow. does the center chamber cross over to the sides auto or do you have to fill both sections yourself? I dont want to starve the pump in the middle of no where so simple math w/ tank volume is untrustworthy. Just wondering what you get and how far you go in real world app. thanks[confused]

I've gotten 30 miles out of mine before I filled up that was stock though before the micron exhaust and Xopti tune tho so... havnt tried it since

I get about the same amount of mileage per tank on my 03 XB9s. The light turns on at about 195kms give or take a few. Longest I have went with the light on was just about 32kms and that was all highway at an average speed of 90km/h. note: my xb has the Buell factory Race Kit

30 miles would prolly get me to the next gas station from just about anywhere i can imagine. thanks guys, good to know.
