fuel/peeing question

Ok so I know its normal for my bike to make its territory after a ride buy is it normal that it stops right away if I pop the gas tank open?

Minde only leaked once in 8 years now and that was because I squeaked and extra .75$ in there.... Id definitely say sometime is plugged up but never had to do any work to my fuel system. Someone will chime in...

Normal on the 1125... leave some room at at the top when you fill up or it will push out the vent

I used to fill mine to the top until mine did the same. Stop it when it clicks. You can put a tad bit more in, but it may still pee. I bikes gotta do what a bikes gotta do

Well there is more than enough room in the tank for expansion. I filled it tonight and put about 40 miles on the tank and I didn't fill it to the brim. Could something be plugged?

There are two 'rims' so-to-speak. One inside the neck of the tank and a second on where the cap screws on. Are you filling past the first rim inside the tank all the way to the top?

This is normal for the 1125's unless you use the Cali can. What Stensg is referring to has nothing to do with how much fuel you put in it. After a ride it will do this even with a quarter tank in it. It is just fuel vapor that comes out of the vent tube in the form of a drip. Nothing to worry about, nothing is plugged.

Lol smells not angel dang phone. I guess I'll just pop my gas top in my garage so I don't get the spot on the floor and deal with the smell.
