I guys and girls.
Just signed up so this is new to me.
I seen a post on this site that a guy made a removal to so I signed up.
Now I cant find it lol. Any help

never mind. i see what you are looking for. he said he wouldn't sell them. I don't want to steal this guys idea but I could machine this very easily for you. And yes i would sell them.

Can you believe I called the dealership and they dont list any tokls for the bike. I also need the rear axle removal tool

If theres no 19mm hex in your Buell tool kit bag on the bike, they can be found on e-bay or Amazon cheaply. May I suggest leaving Amazon to the more critical deliveries for now? Ebay usually comes right from the seller and will relieve Amazon from other important duties.

Sometimes you can use the large 13/16" spark plug socket IF the 3/8" drive swedge goes all the way through it. Turned around on an extension, that is typically a 3/4" hex (same as 19mm). It fits both ends of the bike, but be aware the front is LEFT HAND thread and says so on the fork leg.

$460 for a new fuel pump assembly

Have you tested the one you have? If it has actually tested bad, theres a long-time trick of using the same Walbro fuel pump and sock that comes on a V-6 mustang. About $35 and easily researched on here. I've done it successfully myself and it's MUCH cheaper than buying new or using someones home-brew re-build.

I haven't pulled the pump yet but tryed switching relays and testing battery but no luck. I've seen by reading through the threads that the wires might be chafing inside the tank

So I finally got ahold of the axle removal tool and can start the dismantling process. Any tips I should know? Seems pretty straight forward

So made up my own pump removal tool after a few cute words I figured something out as I was too afraid to chip the paint with just screw drivers. I took one of the pump screws and put a washer on it then a flat bar and put it through the nail puller hole places a ratchet on the right side of pump for leverage and pried it out of the hole with the flat head while maintaining pressure with flat bar.20200502_225528.jpg
