Figured it was time to stop forum lurking. Got my xb12r in March and have only put 100 miles on it so far, shame on me. I'm new to riding so I decided to take my time, much more comfy on the bike now and have been putting on decent miles for the last couple of weeks. I dont plan on modding to much; just want to do led tail & headlights and eventually black forks.

Thanks to vtech to the red sliders they look great.

Any opinion or help with led wiring would be greatly appreciated, probably going to do the tail lights in the next few weeks and then the headlights later on in the summer

One of my favorite color combinations! Beautiful bike, and welcome to the family!

Reminds me of mine when i first got it . Let the addiction begin . these bike are so much fun! + 1 for adding pics in your intro [up] nice bike! I have the same sliders as well from vtech.

Welcome buellmekg! I said the very same thing when I got mine...not many mods. Well, it hasn't quite worked out that way, but these are fun bikes that are easy to work on. As far as the LEDs, take your time, realize that they are one-directional, and you will most likely need a different turn signal relay when you do it. I have done the same and I'm glad I did.
