That's a giant engine. I do like the see-through cover for the belt driven camshafts, and it looks like the air cleaner allows a nice view of the intake butterfly. I am a fan of exposing moving parts (always a fascination since childhood) and see-through covers . The engine crankcase and transmission are a single unit made from billet aluminum.

Should be a review of that on youtube somewhere. Big engine, small gas tank, and massive heating on your legs, simply put its a short trip toy to show off to ya wealthy buddies. Its pretty trick looking but really its just a $60k+ piece of art (it has no real use but itself) [smirk]

Yea, I agree.

I enjoy keeping an eye on what Confederate is up to because they are doing something interesting, but I can't say I'd want to own one, even at 1/2 the price. They just seem cartoonishly 'over-designed', like they belong on the set of a forgettable movie set in the future.

I'm also skeptical of anything with a rear tire wider than 200.

haha, yea. These are very pricey bikes, but ever since I saw the first one back in the late 90's, I've always wanted one. I will own one, someday.
