I started getting a gas smell from my XB after ridding, have about 10,000 miles.Rdy to do a tune up,think it might be plugs eventhough its still running very good.Any thoughts on this?

Maybe you overfilled the tank or you could just be smelling your gas vent hose fumes. Either way, check your mileage - if it's the same then you're golden and never really noticed.

If you're changing plugs anyway, I'd recommend NGK Iridiums (DCPR9EIX).

Hey thanks. The mileage is fine,Hope thats all it is.
What about the Buell brand plugs, dealers are selling them really cheep now?

just a little info regarding the gas vent suggestion. I noticed it on my harley (before I had my buell) and sometimes on my buell now. after a lot of riding; don't smell it until I park it??? I figured out that while ridding the air keeps the tank & gas fairly cool however when you park it the heat from the engine heats up the tank therefore expanding the gas and forcing the fumes out the vent. I notice this most at 3/4 tank and more when I park it. Keep checking your mileage though, you don't want to mess with a possible leak.

Are you smelling straight up raw fuel or is there also an oily engine smell with it?
