Here is a simple one, will a gear cover from A 2003 BUELL XB9R FIREBOLT fit a xb12s? It could be called engine stator cover, it's the part on the right side of the bike behind the exhaust pipes which one mine has the buell xb12s logo on it!
Have done a search but no joy, only place left is here then the HD dealer,

The thing to be careful about with using one from an XL is whether the bolts are at 12 and 6 or at 3 and 9. They do differ from one year to another, and I'm not really sure what when they change to what. On my 93 XL, they were at 12 and 6. In the end, it's a round piece of metal with two holes drilled in it. You could always just take the measurement and get one made, or go buy one of those disgusting "Ride to live, live to ride" covers on Ebay and flip it over.

Heres what I had made.
