Got Another Buell This Week....

The day i sold my 08 STT and said I didn't need two Buells a friend of mine posted his 03 XB9S for sale and I took the bait ! It's got 9000 miles , has the race ecm / exhaust ,select seat and Eriks signature. This thing is a blast to ride and looks good next to my SS. Got it for $3500 , which I feel was a good deal.

Thanks ! The 12 definitely feels stronger than the 9 especially on the highway. Typical Buell, gobs of low end torque and it really wants to lift the front wheel but have to rev it a little higher to get up to speed, but i'm a pretty big guy though. The handling on the bike is great as i'm used to the long models, it's like riding a BMX bike with a motor. [up]

Congrats WALLSXB! I always liked xb9s for what you said - being bmx bike with hd motor ) I traded mine yellow xb9s some years ago for sTT because 9's frame is too small for me (being 6'7) & sTT seems to be a perfect fit, but it got less "buell craze" in corners )))
