My question is, why doesnt the seat want to fit right? Its locked into place and the bottom hook thing is in the right spot as well.

My OCD is going crazy!

BTW this seat is hard as a ******* rock. So if anyone wants to sell me their select seat im buying! I want that sexy taco saver

EDIT: Is the skyline seat the same as the low i have? Will it be more comfy?

no it's not the same as the low seat. the skyline will be waaaay better than your low seat.

I believe the skyline is a bit more narrow.

I've sat on both the skyline and low. The skyline is far more comfortable.

Loki, the seat you linked from ebay is probably the best seat for your bike. it will be comfortable & look the best. trust me, i'm a seat monger. i have 6 different xbs seats. high, med., low (the low sucks imo). textured, non-textured, select, streetfighter. you won't be sorry with that seat. (none of mine are for sale at the moment)

Seat definitely looks like its been hemmed up in a tail lift.

Might have to ride it upside down for awhile to flatten it out

I have weight on it now to help flatten it.

Yeah... lets not worry about that lol! The forks didnt want to hold the paint and we got a cold night and the forks shrunk and the paint didnt stick and flaked off. No biggy tho because we are going to re-do it and i have other stuff to paint as well.

I am thinking of doing this same conversion. It just makes it look soo much meaner.
