so you should say if somehow the bike was in a vacuum still being fed air to the intake and somehow the whole thing is sealed up with exhaust exiting the vacuum

then, if you follow the same impossible theoretical situation and imagine a transmission with an unlimited number of gears, you can become a light wave

i believe the equations toward the bottom (horizontal velocity) are the ones to use. now i just have to figure them out.

The top speed would be the same. The bikes top out mechanically, not from drag. However, I also concur with the theory that the first crater would negate any test.
