Half Chopped Lightning Fender

I bought a half-chopped lightning fender on eBay a few months ago and was planning to finish it up, but never got around to it. It's silver. The PO literally took a hack saw and cut straight across. They still left plenty of meat for someone to make their own custom unit. Just looking to get back what I paid for it, $75 shipped.

how about a pic of the bottom it looks like he cut it way to high.

The purpose of the high cut is to allow a little customization when completing it, it was just a single rough cut to get rid of the majority of the unwanted fender. Here are the pictures of the back side:
