Handlebar mount for Cellphone GPS

Does anyone know of a good handlebar mount for a cellphone I use for GPS? Most of the ones I have found either look cheap or are for TomTom/Magellan/Garmin. I just got a Casio Commando so I don't have to worry about it raining on the bike, but I'd like to be able to use it now.

Also, does anyone have a tail "backbone" for an XBR? I did a tail swap, and the nut that holds my seat down got loose, and now it worthless.
