8 years then a Medical separation for me, Dad retired after 20+ years.

Why does my wife (works at a bank) and my kids have the day off and I have to work [confused]. I think all veterans that served honorably should get the day off paid.

Right there with you Gator, only difference is my Supervisor is super cool so he let me get what needed to be done, done and let me take off.



My biggest input to this thread has to be as follows.....

Next time and hopefully everytime in each of all of your's futures say Thank You to any and all you know, see, or believe to have served our Nation. None will show how much it means, but it means more than you can imagine to those of us who have put our lives on the line and are still here to enjoy every second of it.
