There was a monstrosity of a hybrid floating around this forum a monmth or so ago. it was a blast with some firebolt and some xb knic-knacs? lol horrible horrible idea.

Here's mine. The build thread can be seen here. http://www.buelletinboard.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9228

I'm almost ready to fire it up. It's fuel injected blast made from mostly xb parts and some tuber and cr parts. You guys say why, I say why not. I'm sure a lot of people asked why when erik Buell put a harley engine in a sport bike frame. Do it to be different!

From the comments on the youtube video:

"The blast was the most unique bike buell made. The brakes were great, it was excellent for what it was.

Not everyone needs to be bent over going over 100 mph.
Now there are absolutely NO commuter bikes made in the USA, thanks to the blast being crushed.
What is so innovative about the two-valve air cooled sportster engine that is stuffed into the origami frames of the other buell models? An oil cooler and fan?"

When should a guy give up on trying to educate the uneducated? The only part of his comment that I even remotely agree with is the part about the blast being excellent for what it is.

I'm guessing the weight will be right under 300lb. The blast wheels and rear frame are real heavy.
I was going for a super motard look. It should be a lot of fun ripping around town.
