So the owner of the company that does our poweder coating comes into work today and throws me a deal to good to refuse.....

They did my seat rails gloss black and did a excellent job they are best powder coater in the area.....

Anyways he says they just got a hydrographic dip setup and he was looking for stand out things to do for show and promote business.... He said what else better and a eye catcher then a Buell.... So here is what he has to offer.....

He will paint my plastics any color of my choice (prime and base coat) then hydro dip with any graphic of my choice and then a matte or gloss clear coat on top all for FREE!!!!! Only catch is I have to come to open house in September and to events to show off the work.... I was like hell yeah I'm sold....

So I need your guys help to decide on color.... I asked for realistic flames and he said he doesn't have them yet.... So this is my choices or narrowed down too.....

Either flames which are traditional hot rod flames or this..... Which I'm really leaning towards the skulls....

But I can't decide to go with orange base coat or a silver metallic like the picture.... Idk keep in mind I'm getting my wheels powder coated by him this winter gloss orange so that's a big factor.....

I'm afraid that if I do a orange base coat it will be to much orange and won't look right.... Also looking at a metallic gun metal grey too that way at a distance it looks grey or black then when you get up close bam!

Let me know what you guys think..... Here is a picture of my bike now as it sits

those skulls were the exact dip that a guy here in omaha had done a few years ago.

If you are doing gloss orange wheels i think there is only one option. Mossy oak camo hydrodip :)

Maybe a carbon fiber graphic. Or some kind of picture, like a vehicle wrap picture. Xtremes camo green on his build looked bad ass.
