great thanks i really wasnt lookin for the website tho, i was lookin to get someone who put it on there bike that was pleased or not pleased with it, ecu and muffler but i am greatfull for your help thanks

I would be very leery of having a 12 motor turning 7500. When i put the race map on my bike I just left the rev limiter stock...they put it there for a reason.

I have never heard one bad thing about Randy or his work. I dont think the guy ever sleeps to tell you the truth. I have been waiting for several months now for the Hawk 1125 pipe. He did so well with the XB's I cant wait to see what he does with the 1125's. I would go with the Hawk for sure! Sounds great and performance is their as well.

I Also have heard nothing but good things about Randy and the exhaust. Hawk is the exhaust im going to throw on my 12

thanks guys to dallasb the rev limiyt it there for epa regs not becaue the bike cant handle it ,my only has 4800 miles on it i thought that was alot for some reason ,i no now that its not [harley laughed when i told them how many miles i hadv on my bike]
once again thanks for the feedback

I just put the hawk on... Have not tuned my ECM yet but I really like it. I would recommend it to anyone!

Where do you live? You were in NJ, right? I have one installed, with a race ECM if you want to check it out in person before buying.

It's an awesome sounding pipe. I just find it a little loud for my tastes, resonates in the helmet a bit. Though, I hear they all do. Randy mailed me some inserts (washers basically) to weld into the outlets to quiet it down. I'm fine tuning them to get the sound right now, then I'm gonna weld them in.

to paniller did u or did u not have to do a tps reset
and did the race ecu really bring a smile to your face compared to the stock ecu

The race ecm made me very happy, but that was just on a stock exhaust with K&N and breather. It really smoothed out the low end and made it acceptable. Not the biggest difference for the rest. I only did 1 ride like that, so I don't know if it was a fluke or if the ECM learned completely yet. I then added on the new pipe. No TPS reset was done.

When I added on the hawk, it was similar. I get some decel popping now, so I need to add fueling in that spot on the race ecm. Idle will drop and sometimes stall when cold, the bike's always done that, then went away with the race ecm, then back with the exhaust. Not sure if I need to learn or richen idle there.

Power delivery with the hawk feels a hair stronger mid-high range, and about the same down low (2-3k). Supposedly, it's stronger down low as well. I noticed if I hit the throttle very quick from idle, it bogs or misses, so I probably need to adjust the 2-3k fueling. This pipe is supposed to have more 2-3k than the race ecm/pipe combo, so I bet I need more fuel there as well.

My laptop had a charging problem, so I removed the battery. Now I can't find the battery but may have fixed the charging problem. When I figure out my laptop situation, I can log and tune it properly. As of right now, the race ECM works with the hawk, but not perfectly.

who did u get the race ecu from
