HD oil and filter?

I live in eastern Pa and use a 25w60 Dino oil good from 30* to 100* but that's me . what you are using is good. I used synthetic but switched, it seemed to take a lot of the noise away that I would hear from the synthetic. I still use amsoil 20w 50 in my primary.

Hi buell248...Congrats on the Buell! :up: I just got my first Buell earlier this year ('09 XB12Ss). Went with an HD oil filter and HD Syn3 in both holes for my first oil change. So far no complaints. But, I'll likely go with a different synthetic oil next time just to save a little money (it's like $15/qt for Syn3...ouch). I think all oils (synthetic or not) are so good these days it's hard to go wrong. But, there are a lot of folks on here who have more Buell experience than me who may have a different opinion.
