Headlight Bulbs blowing out on xb12s

I've gone through 2 sets of headlights. I put them in and ride. When I turn off and restart within mins they blowing out....confused

Typically the sign of a failing voltage regulator. Check its output with a multi-meter set to DC VOLTS and pinned with correct polarity to the battery terminals. You want to see 13.5-14.7 VOLTS DC @ approx 2500RPM
