headlight bulbs

what do you guys recommend for upgrading the headlights on a lighting? i plan on doing the dual highbeam mod, but want more. i have heard xenons are great and i do like hids, but idk if i want to go the hid route. let me know what you guys suggest

I'm running a Sylvania SilverStar Ultra in the low and a DDM Tuning 3500k Hid in the high beam with the dual headlight mod and yes 3500k is Yellow.

The 35W HID is plenty in the high beam. No need for the 50W. That ballast gets HOT under the screen.

I recently swapped my standard bulbs for Sylvania Silvesrstar ZXE 55W and they are BRIGHT. I too have dual running headlights and I've been going for a lot of night rides ever since. They are direct fitment xenons and make very white light. I specifically didn't want blue.

I've done a good bit of research on bright bulbs for my Miatas. These are the latest must have retina-burning bulbs from the "I'm really old and can't see sh!t" crowd.

The bulb in the Lightning headlight is an H7. I do not know for sure about the Firebolt.

I had the ASB HID kit in my Bolt, and it was a Huge improvement. Gonna do the same on my Lightning, as well as adding auxiliaries, a-la GS1200 world-traveler-poser.
