So I was thinking about HIDs but they can be a pain in the ass and unreliable at times. Are there any conventional bulbs that i can buy that are plug and play that will be brighter than the stock bulbs and possibly as bright or close to that of an HID? and also what size are the HI/LOW beams on the CR? thanks in advance!

I've been using the Slyvania UltraStars in my Jetta for the last few years. They'll prolly work just as well on the bike. They do have a tendency to burn out rather soon sometimes. 3-4 months I've heard on the bike. $50 a pair at any Auto parts store.

yeah i went with the Sylvania ZXE lights and their not too much brighter in my opinion but its a more white light than the stock yellowish light. I may order a kit from DDM and see if its any better, i do allot of riding and some of it at night and it would be nice to see a couple more feet ahead and on the sides.
