Heat shield liner...where to put it

Bought a roll from american sportbike. I want to put it on the inside of my frame, seeing how you guys got it in there. And where else your putting it

I made some ass-less chap's out of it; well more like shorts.... but only on the right leg.

All I could see this doing is trapping the heat...

mine is under my seat and airbox..

..and since I live in the middle of nowhere with NO stop & go traffic, I don't worry aboot it heating up too much and since I am flying along I figure the airflow will negate that problem..
