HELP, ECMspy is closed!!!

Hey there, awesome forum, i have just brought a 2005 XB12R and noticed a few little probs and in no time at all found all the answers on this site, cant thank you all enough.

anyway i was looking at doing a TPS reset and went to download ECMspy and it wont let me, its been shut down.

does anyone have the program that i could obtain off them.

go to Xopti Inside Click on the ECMSpy 2 link and thats the setup.

After almost four years of development the developers decided to shut down the ECMSpy project. Various reasons led to this decision, including the increasing drain on the developers' time. Exploring the ECM and learning how it works has been lots of fun, very informative and allowed us to better understand how it works and where some of the commonly known flaws lie.

It's my heart's desire to thank all contributors, translators, information-diggers for their much appreciated help. Without your support this project would not have been possible.

You can still get the documentation (in English) on the ECMSpy website. No code, though.

Also, saw some guy in Wisco is selling a ECMSpy 'kit' (code and cable) on Ebay.

There is only one version and it is in German by default. To change it to English click on the Options tab and then select Program. Within the next screen you should be able to make out the selection from German to English. Good luck!

Or you can buy my New never used XB12 Race ECM I have for sale and you don't need to worry about getting the Ecmspy cable or downloading anything.

Would like to but just buying my first buell and am not going to have alot spare, how much? I think it may be cheaper to buy the cable
